    Hi exile,

The HK ”電車男”s featured in the TVB doc are those customers of 女僕咖啡店. They have problems and issues for sure (extremely weak interpersonal skills). Very sad. I pity them more than feel 好可怕 or 好恐怖.

I maintain the ideas expressed in my blog entry “港女港男,早死早著!“.

  3. athrunz says:

  5. kempton says:

    athrunz,

    > 感覺係:好煩、好厭!

Me too! Hong Kong is dealing with bigger problems in women and especially men than the HK gov and elites are realizing, I think.

    hevangel,

    > 點解港男變了電車男﹖

I have no idea why TVB did this!! Is it because it is more sensational TV?

Worst, the ”電車男”s featured in the part 2 of this TVB doc are ALL customers of that ONE 女僕咖啡店! These ”電車男”s are not even representative!

Now, I pity the ”電車男”s featured on TV. But I am outraged and angry of the ”電車男”s in real life!!!

You know what, the Ms. Lai Kit Yin featured in the doc now has comments like the following in HK forums. All this happened within hours!

What crime had Ms. Lai committed to deserve treatment like this. I don’t think the tactics used in Cultural Revolution need an update in the internet age!

Is Ms. Lai’s privacy the price she has to pay for speaking up?

I am not done with this yet and I will write some more after I finish some work for a deadline. Wish me luck on my deadline, by the way. :)

Unbelievable!

Is this a booming business in HK? How sick is that? I guess it’s like the Hooters where guys pay top dollar for a beer, so they can look at waitresses with big breasts. One is for visual stimulation, the other for emotional nurturing. Get a life, boys!

  7. kempton says:

    Hi exile,

    > 女僕咖啡店??? Unbelievable!

It is an idea exported from Japan. Yes, it is unbelievable. Making these men that need help sink deeper.

    > Is this a booming business in HK?

I like to know too. Any people in HK can tell us more?

    > “emotional nurturing”

WRONG ! Exile. We can’t call either “女僕咖啡店” or Methamphetamine nurturing! Not at all!

Wow.. i am interested in “Lai Kit Yin sexy school photo”, what is the link?

  9. kempton says:

    Hi hevangel,

    > Wow.. i am interested in “Lai Kit Yin sexy school photo”, what is the link?

There are 7 things I want to write in reply.

    1. I am a bad man.
    2. I have seen the photos.
    3. Some of these photos are sexy but nothing too sexy.
    4. I am a bad man.
    5. Horace, you are not a good researcher! :)
    6. Horace, If I know you found and looked at those sexy photos, I will report you to “wife”. You will be a very very dead man, very very soon.
    7. For your safety, no link will be provided.

    i tried for 4 minutes….couldn’t stand it…
they cannot even pronounce their mother tongue correctly aiiii

    • kempton says:

      Hi 周游,

This is the next generation of HongKongers. Like it or not, they are the future of Hong Kong.

I agree with you that the pronunciation of their mother tongues are less than precise and we can have a discussion on the evolution of language along the line of “potato potato tomato tomato”. (ha ha)

What worries more is their thinking and reasoning skills. To me their value systems and beliefs are even more worrisome. As they will ultimately shape and define Hong Kong to such a state that is totally beyond our recognition.

In the end of the day, Hong Kong is in their hands and they are defining HK’s future. Sadly, it is yet another proof that the promise of “五十年不變” (no change for 50 years) may not mean as much at the end of the day.
