I started reading more Chinese blogs (中文網誌) to try to understand what do people in Hong Kong talk and care about and what do they aspire to. And then I quickly realized in the internet age, locations have little meanings. So I ended up start to read more Chinese blogs, regardless of locations, as long as they are interesting.
Now I haven’t met/talked to any of them and I don’t think I ever will, but in my mind I consider them as “blog friends”. Via my comments I try to share with them my views and “insights” as if they are my friends. I believe in interacting with bloggers who spend time to share their experiences with others. It is a two-way-street that I travel in.
Incidentally, thanks to the topics these ladies bloggers have written about (food, cosmetics, love, personal challenges, arts, movies, and others), I’ve written a lot more about “me” via my comments. In my main blog, I tend to focus more on news, general interests, 大是大非 or even 國家大事 and seldom talk about “me”.
So I have these female bloggers to thank for in writing more about “me”.
