Thanks to the inspiration from readandeat & 廚神’s yummy roast chicken, I’ve finally overcome the fear and bought and cooked a whole chicken myself. (smile) Over this Family Day and Valentine’s Day long weekend, I’ve cooked quite a few different dishes (and will be cooking roast pork tonight). Here are some photos. They tasted quite good.
