Sometimes life throws us unexpected curve balls.
I got to read and know 「發哥」 趙來發 a little because of Leona’s blog entry only a few days before 發哥’s passing on Jan 8, 2009. His love and admiration by others are clear in the many comments in his final blog entry and in this loving note by his long time friend and former colleague.
In this sad moment, my thoughts and best wishes are with 發哥’s families and friends. 發哥, may you rest in peace.

Leona keeps an interesting blog. In fact, I started reading her interview blog 五分鐘聽一席話 http://fiveminute-hket.blogspot.com/ first before I started to read her personal blog as well. I want to understand more how the intellectuals in Hong Kong are thinking these days.
